Aglio e Oglio

The first time This is one of pasta dish that I wanted to cook for my family. I started to cook last Dec 28 when a friend and her parents visited us. I must admit it's a little bland that's according to my fav critics my mum and husband. So I did adjust the taste and all. I again attempted to cook and prepare this dish for our new year's eve celebration and it turned out to be good. My mum and husband loved it! And yes I nailed it!

Spaghetti Aglio e oglio peperocino or spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli peppers is a traditional Italian dish originated from Abruzzo region and is very famous in that area (source wikipedia). This is very easy to prepare and I personally love this dish. You can have steak, chicken chop or seafood such as shrimps, scallops, or squid as topping. And garnish with parley or parmesan cheese.
